Buyable Skin Return Tokens

Skin Return tokens buyable with Influence points. Over the years I've acquired skins that I no longer use because a new cooler skin came out that I just HAD to have. They just sit in the skin select wheel and never get touched. This would allow you to return skins purchased ith Riot Points only. (No skin acquired with chests/shards would be eligible.) Being able to return these skins for the in game Riot Points, allowing you to buy new characters/skins/bundles.
