New Leblanc skin

So I think there should be a new Leblanc skin, please hear me out. First off Leblanc only has 4 skins (2 are legacy). Second only one of her skins change any particle effects, but this skin is also a legacy skin. This makes me kinda sad cause I like playing her, but i didn't get her in time to get her raven born skin, so Riot please do something and add a skin for her.

Honestly, the best you can do for sure is watch for when that skin gets released from the vault. I could see her possibly getting a skin for valentines or April Fools day but it's a long shot.
