Champion Concept: Xelton, Zaun's Spark.
Hello welcome to a new champ concept. Being a support main I've always enjoyed supports that pushed the limits; like Bard
and Tahm.
So naturally I wanted to push the envelope with this so, I thought since we have tanky supports and mage like supports why don't we have assassin support. Now hear me out it might sound weird, but just think of support who is just like any other support but can act as a mid game ganker getting solo kills between teamfights and warding. So here he is Xelton, Zaun's Spark!
Theme: Electric based with technology accents (imagine Jayce and the Living laser combined)
Role: support/assassin

Passive-_ Living Battery_: as Xelton moves as he charges himself up upon reaching 100 stacks of _ Living Battery_ his next basic attack will deal increased damage and give him increased attack speed for 2 seconds Xelton can store up 3 empowered attacks
Q- Static Jaunt: Xelton dashes to a near by champion
On enemy cast: Slows the targets move speed by 5% for 3 seconds
On allied cast: Gives the target 5% move speed for 3 seconds
Mana: 40, 50, 60 , 70 Cd 12, 10, 8, 6 seconds
W-Discharge: Infuses the target with electricity healing them and giving 10% move speed for 4 seconds
Mana 75, 85, 95,105 Cd 10, 8, 6, 4 ((Melee Range))
E-Energize: Xelton Sacrifices movement and attack speed to increase a allies movement and attack speed by a percentage of the ms and attack speed Xelton lost lasts 4, 5, 6, 7 seconds mana 100, 108,116,124 Cd 30, 25, 20, 15 Seconds
Passive Gain 5%, 10%, 15%, 20% Attack speed
R-Overload: Xelton channels a surge of electricity through him becoming pure electrostatic energy (( Think electric Sion uti)) gaining a large increase of movement speed and ignoring unit collision also granting near by allies increased movement speed. Playstyle/rotation Xelton is a support who mainly supports by speeding up his teamates while still able to take characters out in a 1v1 he is great attack getting your team to objectives or just back into a fight
Rotation heres what you should to get the most out of Xelton
To get someone out a sticky situation: First Static Jaunt(Q) to them to give them the initial speed boost then use discharge(W) to give a small heal and more speed then if you need to keep going use Overload(R) then energize then
To go for the kill Overload(R) to catch up and charge your passive then you static Jaunt(Q) to get in melee range and punch them with your empowered attacks they be fried
