Harry Potter Champ

How about a Harry Potter Champion? His passive will spawn random near him stones or something like that. His Q will be the spell "Wingardium Leviosa" which levitates objects and will something like Syndra's W. His W will be the spell "Petrificus Totalus" which stuns the enemy but this must be a skillshot. His E will be the spell "Sectum Sempra" which will damage the enemy and the enemy will start bleeding, this should be a skillshot too. And his R will be the spell "Expecto Patronum" which spawns a deer which is Harry's Patronus and it will be something like Yorick's R. But to cast the ultimate you must have enough I don't know what but something like Shyvana's R to be casted. Have a nice day!!!
