Champion skins and Voice chat

I just started playing league of legends around August in 2016. Since I was still new to the game I didn't want to spend any money on things like skins because I didn't want to waste money if I didn't like the game. But now I really enjoy the game and really wanted some old skins back like Jailbreak Graves. Since I joined the game later than others, I really wanted to have skins like the Renekton skins that aren't available anymore.

Also I was thinking about voice chat inside the game so if you don't have things like Discord, it would be easier to communicated with your teammates.

Those skins are called Legacy skins, and occasionally come back to the store for sale (usually for holidays or special events).

If you don't have programs like that, they're easy to download and use. Riot has no need to make their own voice chat system because there are so many available.
