Definitely not global ultimates

Why don't you make definitely not global ultimate skin's with , , , and than gp they can have like a funny looking ultimate's. Its just a suggestion i don't have anything special in mind but maybe you can add everyone else like the 4 patches after or something i don't know maybe you guys can leave a commet below to help, cheers :)
