Skin idea: Thunder Lord Jhin

I think a Thunder Lord skin would be amazing for Jhin, cos he has so many loud, sudden noises and A LOT of burst. W and R shots could be thunderstrikes E could create a cloud that strikes down lightning. 4th shot could have a thundery sound and maybe even have thunder striking down on the target. He'd be in the Thunder Lord skin line, as the name suggest.

P.S It'd be cool if he'd have a cape or something like that.

Only if it comes in a different color than traditional lightning. Like an elegant yellow/gold or something.

OMG This idea just popped in my head and came to check the internet and found you described everything that i came up with expent the extra thunderbolt on the 4th shot I really love to see this skin alive and i both jhin and thunders
