Sion's Patch?

When is Sion's patch because I am seeing a bunch of LoL Streamers playing the new one but I still have the old Sion. Please help!

Sion's patch is coming out in 4.18. The reason you see streamers playing the new one is because he's on the PBE, (public beta environment) that chosen players get to experiment and give feedback of the changes. Hope this helped!
