Human thresh skin!

Greetings everyone! First i wanna start with the concept why human thresh must be released?Its simple!If you look up at the lore you will see that he was a human in the prison whiping everyone[Its not the real story though but you get the idea righty?]So i think that this is a skin that should be legendary too.Just think about a human with a chain whiping everybody and every 6 levels he gains some armor , weight and some shiny upgrades on his chain.Just please you need to do this it will be the best skin ever.By the way thresh has only 2 skins purchasable so he needs one too. Please.
