April Fools Event - Garen Screams "TIBBERS"

SO BIG IDEA What if... for the first week of April... in celebration of April Fools, every champions sound kit was randomized each game, so any champ you play could sound like any other champion for the duration of the game. Just imagine, playing Garen and chasing an enemy low on health to execute Demacian Justice, and when you finally click R, Garen yells out "Tibbers!" in Annie's voice followed by a "You wanna play too?"..

I'd really like to see that happen in some sort of fashion, for the keks and the memes
