I wanna make a Taric too!
Passive: Shatter: AoE was/is a big part of how Taric plays, So, when Taric attacks a marked target, it shatters outward, consuming the buff, applying it's affect, and dealing a small AoE damage around the target. (This effect can be triggered by Reverberation.) Ruby: Retains the Ruby's affect, while giving a small boost of Movement speed for some time. Sapphire: Retains the AR/MR given by Sapphire, while also giving a shield for a duration. **Emerald: **retains the granted sight, as well as blinding the target for the duration. Opal: The lost AR/MR is retained, but the target will be stunned for a duration.
The majority of play will revolve around getting the right buffs/debuffs on the right targets and triggering your passive all at once.
Q: Divine Vigor: Taric places a gem on an ally, if Harmonic Insight was the last skill used, the gem will be a Ruby, empowering the target's auto attacks while the gem is there. If the Last spell used was not Harmonic Insight, the gem will be a sapphire, Giving a small heal and some AR/MR. Gem buffs last only so long, when time runs out the mark is consumed.
W: Reverberation: Slam the ground, doing slight AoE damage around Taric and shattering all gem buffs in the Area, this affect can be chained with Taric's passive.
Your opener, your gap closer, your escape, and even your damage, this is your bread and butter, so a low cooldown and mana cost would be necessary.
E: Harmonic Insight: Taric can't be all defense, therefore, offensive gems. Taric places an offensive Gem debuff, the gem depends on whether the last skill used was Divine Vigor, or not. In the event that Divine Vigor was the last spell cast, Taric applies Emerald to the target, giving Vision for a duration. If the last spell was not Divine Vigor, Opal is applied instead, lowering the AR/MR of the marked target for the duration.
R: For a duration Divine Vigor and Harmonic Insight apply both gems to the target regardless of last spell cast, as well as doubling the size of Reverberation.
With the previous skills, Taric already has plenty of play making skills, so as not to make him too outrageous, a long cooldown spell steroid is a good fit, I feel.
Please, tell me what you like/hate/would change about it!
