Looks nice and all, but depending on your build order you might run into some huge problems mid game. If you go against a bruiser they can build straight defense and stall things while they wait for ganks. You can kite them all day, but you don't really have enough to deal with them if they don't allow themselves to be kited.
If it doesn't work for you I would try switching Black Cleaver out for Trinity Force and Steraks out for Lord Dominiks.
