redniwediS2 votesLooks nice and all, but depending on your build order you might run into some huge problems mid game. If you go against a bruiser they can build straight defense and stall things while they wait for ganks. You can kite them all day, but you don't really have enough to deal with them if they don't allow themselves to be kited.
If it doesn't work for you I would try switching Black Cleaver out for Trinity Force and Steraks out for Lord Dominiks.

why dont you just take Botrk?
It counters tanks, melee champs, and it provides AS which is essential to Vayne's kit and most importantly you get sustain.
Frozen mallet can come after, whatever you'd like. But sustain is pretty important in top lane.

That can work for against tanks, but against someone like darius, fiora, or yasuo, those who have stick potential, I would take something like first items, cause the botrk wouldnt help as much as the extra kite and damage reduction, although I would have to rely on warlords for my sustain

What makes you feel so compelled towards getting a Frozen Mallet?
Your build lacks attack speed to efficiently proc Black Cleaver.
A reason people get black cleaver on certain ADCs, is because their abilities give easy access to fast stacking.
Where as vayne only really has her autos, so where does the attack speed come for to supplement BC path?
Vayne works well with attack speed.. Read her W. You are better off getting a few more items with AS, if you really want to shred and kite those tanks.

Would this work? I like the whole frozen mallet becasue it makes for a kite that no bruiser can really contest with except yasuo who also has the same items
The idea is bruiser tank shred vayne, so going tanky/bruiser after this could work well

Now you dont have resists built into your " tank " vayne idea
you're just a beefy hp target.
You can always replace steraks with a resist item of your choice with HP
Like Randuins, or Maw, Mecurial, or GA.
Usually gimick builds like this, with a tanky variant is based on champions with a kit fit for it.
Like Yasuo's double crit chance, gives him a nice enough damage boost to actually deviate and build a little tanky than his traditional damage path.
