Zaun Needs a Hero

I see all of this Zaun art and think one thing; it feels like a steam punk Gotham City. I wanna see some Batman-esque Brusier/Assassin hybrid character. Perhaps someone who has gotten tired of the crime in his city, perhaps is from the more wealthy of Zaun. Steampunk meets Super Hero.

Martial Arts? Throws some type of bladed weapon? Wears a cape? Cape Stun move?

i think really, I just want a batman from Zaun in the game.

Passive: Detective Skills/Master Martial Artist Detective Skills. Whenever this champion gets a kill/assist on an enemy champion, he can see a trail of footsteps that follow that champion. Blade Master. This champion's auto attacks do bonus attack true damage on every 2nd hit. This damage is doubled on champions who have been killed by this champion.

Q: Explosive Dagger this Champion throws a dagger charged with hextech energy. If it strikes a minion, monster or surface it explodes dealing AOE damage to nearby targets. If it strikes an enemy champion it blows up in their face dealing bonus damage and then bursts in a cone behind the target.

W: Cape Stun/Cape Block This champion swings his cape at all enemies in front of him, dealing physical damage and stunning the targets hit. If this champion hits W again while casting this, he instead reflects any incoming damage for a brief period.

E: Flash Bang Grenades This champion throws out a handful of flash bangs that briefly blind all targets in a cone in front of him. Blinded enemies take bonus magic damage when hit by his auto attacks or any of this champions other abilities.

R: Hextech Blade Blitz For the duration of this ability, this gains ranged auto attacks as well as bonus attack damage and armor pen. instead of melee attacks, he throws sharp hextech-infused blades that cause the enemies struck to bleed out.

Now these are just ideas, but I feel like Zaun and LoL in general need a super hero.
