Skoo was found wandering the city of Zaun, unclothed and babbling. His earliest memory was of the day he was discovered by a kind man. The man did research on Skoo, who looked unlike anything he had ever seen. The man wondered where he came from, what he was, why he came to Zaun. Without finding any answers, the man halted all research on Skoo and decided to accept him as was, and adopt him as his own son. The sight of Skoo made people fearful of him, something the man had never felt. Skoo became withdrawn, only seen as a person by his new father. He took up hypnotism to make himself feel happy, and to never notice the cruelty of others. One day, he heard an explosion in the city, which was not uncommon with all the scientists. This explosion was closeby, and Skoo worried for his father. He called for him over and over, stepping into the smoke and rubble outside. Finally, an answer was heard. Through a cloud of ash, his father stepped out, with half of his body blown off. Falling into Skoo's arms, he asked for one thing. "Make this pain go away, Skoo, I know you can." With a hesitant wave of his hand, Skoo put visions of happy times in the man's mind as he escaped this life.

Primary Role : Mage Secondary Role : Assassin

Passive - Illusion - Instead of mana, Skoo has a Reality bar. Every ability used causes the bar to rise, and at full Reality, he can use any ability twice in a row, with no cooldown.

Q - Warp - Skoo bends the mind of a target enemy, causing them to take an initial amount of damage, and slight damage a second later, when the effect ends.

W - Visions - Skoo implants an image of himself in his enemy's mind, placing it at a target area, unable to move and untargetable. After 3 seconds or after reactivation, the image erupts in the enemy's imagination, causing large damage.

E - Perception - Skoo can plant an image of himself in his own mind anywhere in a small area, and swap places with it one time, the image is targetable, and stays until destroyed. Changing places has a short channel time and Skoo has impaired movespeed afterwards.

R - Illusionist - Passive: Grants Skoo a larger vision range. Active: Skoo can activate this ability only once 100 reality. Skoo creates a grand illusion, slowing all nearby enemies for a long time, and in a shorter range stunning enemies for a short time. Stunned and slowed enemies take increased magic damage for the duration.

Appearance: Skoo should look whimsical and harmless, like a Kog'Maw look but with a hood and more upright like a human. He'll have a shell and bug face. He'll be somewhat snail-like.

Other Notes:

  • Friends with LeBlanc, having a similar style.
  • No known enemies
  • Laugh is two fake heads popping out on either side of his head and laughing.
  • Joke would be to look like another champion
  • Taunt would be to curl into his shell and come out bigger
  • Dance would be making a bunch of fake tiny Skoo's dance around his feet.
  • He's a mid laner with high damage potential but a very limited kit for damage output, missing his w will cost him.
  • Decent at escaping, but easy to read where he is going.
  • Using his passive and q will stack tons of damage
  • Passive and w could be used to distract the enemy and also to do a lot of damage, depending on the situation.
  • Passive and e very good for escaping and very good for catching enemies.
  • Using his ultimate puts him at a disadvantage without any reality built up.
  • Cooldown reduction is crucial on him, without it, he will be useless with his semi-high cooldowns.
  • Good synergy with tanks, able to jump in, not take damage and jump out.
