Kennen Sensei skin idea

Hey guys, I have been thinking for awhile for skin ideas for champs I like, or even champs I don't play. While some of my ideas won't come into fruition for a long time, considering they're for champs who have had skins come out quite recently (I have had a Wreck It Ralph skin idea for Vi, but she just got Demon Vi). However, Kennen probably hasn't had a skin for awhile so I was thinking why not base a skin off of Kakashi Sensei (Naruto series).

Think about it. Kennen is a pretty bad ass ninja, having played him a tiny bit I already love him. But dressing him up like a well known ninja teacher would be pretty awesome. And even more awesome if they got the voice actor from the shows Dub. Highly unlikely, but you never know. Riot has gotten many very well known actors and voice actors to lend their voices to the rift! Tell me what you guys think, if it's great or just a dumb idea. Any criticism is welcome. appreciates your input!
