Teased Background Skins

We have seen some background skins make it into the game. Mainly, the battlecast series and pool party skins. But, why oh why, must I get denied the obvious GP skin in the clear friggin background of Arcade MF? I mean, its been there for years. Literally, its not like you can't see it. We've had plenty of opportunities to have this skin. But, we get Arcade Riven and now Battle Boss Kassadin? I see better Arcade skins for Lee Sin (Ryu) and Zac (Mario) than those two. I mean, GP looks like M. Bison AND Akuma. Why am I not allowed this?
