Office brand Comes onto creation!!!!!!!!!!

Hello, I am a 16 year old male looking to create a skin for league, yet do not have the funds or idea on how to process it My idea is a skin for a champion (brand) the idea is to make it an office theme. Office brand is silly but means business. His outlook will be black pin stripped dress pants. Bottom of the legs will be rolled up to the ankle. The top would be white dress shirt sleeves also rolled up. A red tie with silver diamond design but mid-way burnt off. A Caucasian skin tone. With a semi muscular body, also a wide jaw bone and semi big nose. Thick and kind of large cranium. With blank white eyes or purple. His dance would be a silly boogie or running in place. Also with tease would be him spilling his pencils onto the floor and him spazing out to pick it up and put it in a mesh metal can.

Time for his spells. His Q: Throwing and big ball of paper( intimidating right) W: eruption of paper can be multi colored but I prefer white paper with numbers or something. E: thumbtacks at the bottoms of the enemies feet multi colored, and if not thumbtacks then maybe carpeting. Or pencils. R: A big blob of steamy bluish back and some purple INK! Imagine the terror summoners will have! Also they can be lightly coated in the ink for .5 of a second to add animation. Now down to the best part…. His recall him jumping up onto a swivel chair ( red or black) and frantically typing on a old vanilla colored keyboard and looking and the computer screen and it saying ERROR! And brand banging onto the keyboard in which that time he recalls. As for his fatality it would be him saying “ MUST DO MORE FAXES” AND FALLING TO HIS DESPAIR.
