XX>>[Character Concept]<<XX>>:: Aegivir, the Psy-Assasin

This is to pitch an idea for a character i have thought of and might at some point get art for. If i do it will get posted.

<<Lore>> Aegivir was always different, one way or another. When he was growing up his powers, not yet refined or controllable, displayed themselves at times. In his home he once, while angry, made a glass across the room shatter into a thousand pieces, then in a haze of anxiousness wished it would return to normal and at once the glass repaired itself.

He grew up, refining his skills and learning swordsmanship and marksmanship, but was ultimately turned down by anyone he asked for work. Eventually he found himself at a training area high atop a mountain that he had heard of in stories, for assasins. Here they helped refine all of his skills, turning him into the perfect assassin, until he fell in love with one of the other students. They met in secret for months until one day an attack was made against the training area, and she disappeared.

He has gone to join the league, hoping he can gain more power, so as to find her.

<<Vocals>> <Move: "They wont be expecting me.." "They can run, They can hide, But ill find them." "Running for the shadows? They work for me.."

<Taunt: Reloads pistol "Hard to believe i found this thing at a pawn broker-" Fires a shot, which then circles around him, slows, and he catches it Look, it knows who its master is! (Awe voice) Maybe you should too..."

Slashes katana around "Light, Strong, and Durable- hmm---" Takes hand off katana, which floats there and begins to move like someone is judging it "Maybe a bit more color.. Maybe i cou--" Katana floating away with the illusion of someone taking it "Dont. Run." Draws his gun and fires, the katana falls back toward his feet "I had to kill it again.. it never learns.." Looks up at the player for a few seconds, mumbles and assumes his ready position

[[Passive]]: Ultimate Concentration

Aegivir has an unbreaking concentration, and because of this along with his powers has an amazing foresight and psychic attunement. Any enemy who is dealt damage by Aegivir or his abilities gains Psychic Link: This character shares its vision with Aegivir for 4 seconds. Additionally any champion kills will grant Aegivir +10 base mana and +2 Ability power.

[Q}: Psychic Invasion

Aegivir invades the targets mind, interupting any spell being cast and making the target stumble about, confused, for 0.5/0.9/1.3/1.7/2.1 seconds and damaging them for 20+(10xlevel)+(0.25xability power) damage over 0.5/0.9/1.3/1.7/2.1 seconds.

[W}: Double Trouble

Aegivir brings his katana to life with his mind, controlling it and sending it after his target to kill them. Deals 30+(8xlevel)+(0.33x AbiPwr) damage at half Aegivir's current attack speed to its target. (Cleaves to nearby enemies after level 3). Lasts 8/10/12/14/16 seconds. (If in Katana stance, swaps automatically to Revolver stance.)

[E}: Tools of the Trade

Aegivir has several ways he can dispatch his targets, two utilize his weapons.

Katana: Aegivir swaps to his katana, converting ability power into destructive force by using his psychic powers to create an even finer edge to the blade than thought possible. (Swaps to melee)

Revolver: Aegivir swaps to his revolver, granting him the ability to fire special bullets that draw from his psychic powers.

Swapping takes 1 second and makes it impossible to swap again for 6 seconds.

[R}: (With Katana) Torrent Slash

Aegivir stands still, concentrating hard for 2 seconds before releasing his katana in a storm of slices in a target area for 2 seconds, stunning enemies entrapped in it and dealing heavy damage. During this time he cannot move and is vulnerable to attack.

[R}: (With Revolver) Psychic Bullet.

Aegivir stands still, concentrating hard for 2 seconds before firing a projectile in a target direction. The projectile emits an aura that slows nearby enemies and follows the mouse cursor for 2 seconds, at which point it continues going in its direction. It deals heavy damage to its first target then continues in the same direction dealing progressively less damage.

Both have a high cooldown.
