[Champion Concept] Lord of the Crypt

Passive: Undying The Lord of the Crypt cannot be made invincible by any means other than this passive; When the Lord of the Crypt would receive fatal damage he will instead go into stasis, allowing full movement, immunity to all damage and crowd control effects, and will be considered "dead" for the duration. While "dead", normal death timer rules apply, but the Lord of the Crypt may be healed to shorten the duration; If his health reaches 100%, the effect ends early. This counts as being killed, and normal kill gold/assist gold and experience will be given out. While "dead" skills, summoner spells, and active items cannot be used other than Recall. (The Lord of the Crypt cannot have "revive" effects such as Guardian Angel applied to him in addition to invincibility effects. Health regeneration does not affect him while "dead" unless applied by a spell, such as Soraka's heal.)
Q - Dread Seal: 8 Second cooldown. Tap: The Lord of the Crypt targets an enemy champion or Large Monster dealing magic damage and applying dread to that target for a short duration. Hold: The button can be held to deal continuous damage and extend the duration of dread instead. This continuously drains mana so long as the spell is cast. DREAD causes the target to take 10% of all damage dealt to it for the duration as True damage.
W - True Dark: 10 Second cooldown. On First Cast: The Lord of the Crypt will begin to channel, and can be interrupted. Casting this ability again while channeling will cause it to be cast on his location with less damage. On Second Cast: After the channel is finished, this spell can be cast to a target location or used on himself or an allied champion. After a short delay, magic damage is dealt in an area of effect, and Blind is applied to enemies affected for a short duration. If cast on an allied champion or yourself, the ability will follow during its delay. (Blind causes enemies not to be able to see anything outside of melee range. Quinn Blind, Graves Blind. Not Teemo Blind.)
E - Widen Magic: 14 Second cooldown. This ability has up to two charges. (7 Second base cooldown for one charge) The Lord of the Crypt targets himself or an allied champion, the next ability they use has a cast range increase of 200-400. In addition, AoE effects cast while under this effect are increased in effective radius by 10-25%. This ability can be stacked onto one target twice, and all stacks will decay after 5 seconds, and will affect the same ability effectively doubling Widen Magic. (Does not affect melee abilities.)
R - The Goal of All Life is Death: The Lord of the Crypt begins to count down to the end of his enemies' lives. A 12 second timer appears over his head, and a visible radius is shown around him. All enemy units caught inside of the radius when the timer ends will take massive true damage, and enemy champions under 25% (+1% every 110 AP) will be executed. The execution effect will ignore invincibility, but the true damage dealt will be blocked. This skill cannot be interrupted, even in death.
Ainz Ooul Gown from the anime "Overlord" really inspired me, and most of the kit here is taken from it. In reality, the skill "The Goal of All Life is Death" is a buff skill that makes all "instant death" skills cast be delayed until the timer is finished, but no unit can ignore it's effect. Here, it IS the skill that causes death.
