About add some elements into the game? Such as region battle?

Dare Riot, I'm a player who has played League of Legend for 3 years with lots of reporting toxic player experience and got more report on infinite feed / unskilled player etc. Though the game still brings on lots of surprise and fun to me with every new features it got, compassion of compete and master the skill of playing the game itself... OK, quit wordy words. I want to referring a new system to the game, to bring some Role Play elements into the game. Because I feel bad when I notice all I do is the infinite loop of: match, practice, match, match, rank match... Could you make my RPG dream come true with something new? Don't know your people already had the idea, or just failed, or never thought about it, or it is too hard and the tech won't bother themselves of trying to make up the new system, or it is just too lame. Whatever, I want to introduce you some fantasy that I created for myself about the Region Battle of League!!!!!! Yeah~~~~~~~~ (The passion of RPG made me did those much of writing, I even haven't wrote those much for my assignment O.O! ←surprise face) //my favorite RPG is TESV Skyrim by the way
Introduction: In Chinese Region's League of Legend, they have so many different server since the huge population, fun thing is, every server has its own name, such as Ionia, Noxus, Demacia, Zuan, ect. They are the names of city or organization in Valoran. In the lore, players are the summoners who control the champions to fight for some purpose. Why can't us summoners have a stand of who, or which region do we fight for? My thought will not bring on a huge change on the game, it will only be a tiny change on the match up setting.
Match System: Our summoners (player) will be set into different nations or factions, such as Demacia, Zuan, Ionia, etc (personally I want to be in the Shadow Isle). And one day per week (maybe) there will be a task about fight the certain nation, such as announce for next Saturday, there will be a fight in the Hollow abyss between Zuan and Shurima. For the summoner who does not belong to those factions, can pick the side of where they want to join.
Reward:
The victory of event match will earn credit for the faction, and system will record how much win did each faction got and layout a rank system based on the credit each faction have. Summoners can check the rank of their faction, and the list of who in the faction earned most credit. For the summoners who earned most credit, they will be rewarded at the end of the season. And summoners will also get trophies (collection list for the trophies would be fun) and titles ("Wild Spirit" of Bandle City, "Black Blood Archon" of Noxus... or maybe something better) as rewards after they earned certain amount of credit or got certain amount of victory from certain faction etc. Player can also use the credit to buy things such as icon from their own faction, hextech craft, or even IP, different goods are in different faction, and maybe refreshes weekly.
(Or maybe the game can also allow player to have their own character, credit RP and IP can but new decorations
for their own character... this is out of topic.)
Faction Change: Summoners will be set randomly for the city they stands, but RP purchase ("Mark of Betrayer") or do the long term random mission can give them a chance of "betray", which will leave them a "mark of betrayer" in the faction rank board, and view summoner's file can also see where they used to stand.
Just think it would be fun if see bunch of players yell at another bunch of players , "Demacia sucks most!", another bunch of players yell back , "Noxian are all douche bags!", and another bunch of players yell at them both with "Ionia is the best!" -- LOL
