Soulstealer(Passive): After killing a champion, Vice can replace any of his abilities for any of the abilities of the champion he killed, but after the ability is used once it will revert to vice's original ability

Birds of prey (W): Cooldown: 10 seconds, cost 70-80-90-100-110; range; 900 Enemies in large area on the ground are attacked by doves and slowed down. Deals 10/15/20/25/30 damage (+1 per additional attack damage) per second and slows for 10 percent of movement speed.
