[champion suggestion] Urf The Manatee

Hello everyone. I Destri321 and I have a suggestion for a new champion you connaisser well it is Urf the manatee as champion would be strong in Ability power, average life, medium attack and difficult to update its price would be 6300 . as first attack I think has a mounted power and attack speed for 5 seconds after 7, 9, 11 and 13. then finally to launch a second attack spatula it would do much dmg but it would be a long reload. A third attack he would plunge in the ground for 15 seconds and when it will come out it would crush his opponent. As ultimate power he would hurl a giant spatula that he would make a mass damage and would cross the entire map. For the story you will be able decide!
