Skins unavalible
Hello, so im just wondering why alot of the skins like Exiled Morgana, Vandal Vladimir, Count Vladimir, Perseus Pantheon are unavalible, they have been unavalible for a long time, and i really want to get Exiled Morgana.?

That would be because a lot of those skins were just put into the vault. They'll be back at other times in the future.
They've become Legacy skins, meaning they'll only be available occasionally.
yeah, back in the end of november, riot made a bunch of skins into legacy skins.
