Electricity Mobile Assassin?

Hey, this is just my personal thoughts but i think it would be really cool if riot introduced this melee ranged energy champion (not mana) that can dash onto people and just murder them with electricity, maybe his ultimate could be a chain stun? i would really love to see more heavily mobile assassins in the game :)
