So with all of the thoughts and champion concepts that people create in the riot community me and my friend were talking and we came up with the idea that riot should make something that's like photoshop in the sense that you can create stuff. Like it should be another version of league that lets you combine champions like make tryndamere have say kha'zix's ult as his e and let people expiriment with stuff like that then also let them change cooldown rates mana costs etc and for the people who really want to get into it add an option to code in your own champions or something like that
