Ability in game to reset champion mastery points :)

Hello there fellow gamers!

I am here today to discuss a very big issue with champion mastery points. The fact that you get flamed for playing a champion you love. I currently possess 450k points on Yasuo and have been playing the game for almost two years.

The amount of negative memes around Yasuo have already caused a negative stigma towards Yasuo players. The fact that they are always toxic, afking, garbage at the game etc. I've heard it all. Stereotyping them all into a negative category. I've seen it in silver, but i've also seen it all the way up at masters. If that isn't enough, one tricking is considered to be bad and automatically makes players see you as a lower life form. (worse if you main Master Yi, Yasuo etc.)

I understand why people do not like one tricks, but for heaven's sake, let them play the champion they love without being judged! I have seen countless games, where people litterally flame their own teammates because they have over 500k points on a certain champion. Its even worse if you main a "toxic" champion like Yasuo or Master Yi.

Not to mention, i have been abused many times because i play Yasuo often, and solely for that reason. Thats right. I didn't do or say anything toxic during the game, but the sole fact that I play Yasuo, makes me get abused/picked on. Pretty unfair i reckon.

What i have discovered is that if you have a high amount of mastery points, the more likely you are to be picked on. On my smurf, i barely have 70k points, and no one ever says a thing. Even the players who abused me on my main, said nothing when i was playing on my smurf. Heck, i even get encouraged and people compliment me more often! This personal experience has made me pretty much ditch accounts after my after my mastery points reached a certain point, and rarely play on them.

What i am suggesting, is a simple feature to reset, or a similar kind of option so people don't get picked on for having too many mastery points. This option seems harmless to me, because players could always check your match history to see if you main that champion.

And one more thing, stop bloody saying typical yasuo when a yas goes 1/6 while if any other midlaner goes 1/6 they say garbage mid.

If anyone has any questions to this sensitive topic please leave a response below :)
