Pool Party Taliyah concept

So, I am quite lazy and don't want to write like 40,000 words on my concept, but I'll give you the best I have. Personally I think Pool Party Taliyah would work really well, she could be wearing something like a one peice bathing suit, but what she looks like isn't really what drew me to this idea.

I was thinking that her passive's slab of rock could be replaced by a surfboard with a mini wave under her while she rode it.

Her Q would be shooting volley or beach balls, I don't know which one would look better.

Her W would be a burst of water from the ground, or possibly a beach parasol popping out of the ground and flinging whoever it hits.

Her E would be throwing down beach balls or volley balls, which explode, of course.

And her ult would be a volley ball net, which she rode on top of.

Additionally, I was thinking that her worked ground would look like wet sand.

Anyways, I'd love to hear some input on what you think of the idea, I have no concept art, unfortunately, but I may be able to get someone to draw some in the future.
