So because i like him and there is a rumor he will receive a skin I would love to share an idea i came up with.
- I think this is a original idea for a skin. I came up with it some time ago and it seemed like my friends liked it. 2 If someone already had this or similar idea, sorry i didnt know this but will post anyway.

"BACK TO THE PAST" Zilean Get it? It's like refrence to "Back to the future" so it's not really an original idea.
There are many options how could this look like but i see it like this:
Jacket, cool shades, cool haircut or headwear, BoomBox on his back, floating skateboard/hoverboard.

You know to make it simpler, make it look like pants are too big instead of giving him pair of real legs.

Instead of this giant clock on his back he could carry a BoomBox

Abilities: Time Bomb Zilean would throw something like a VHS tape instead of clocks and after placing a second bomb there can be a sound like when tape gets stuck in a player or something like when a record gets scratched you know like a DJ do. When enemy gets stunned additionaly to original animation there can be a "Pause" Symbol above them.
Rewind After use there could be a "Rewind" symbol above Zilean and sound player makes whan you... well rewind.
Time Warp After use on aly there will be sound of a tape playing faster like after pressing "Fast forward" on a player. And there will be a FF symbol above an aly. And also this thing with flames when move. When cast on enemy there can be a "Slow" symbol lie in a old music player and ofcourse there will be audio slowed.
Chronoshift Play sound in reverse like a old tape played in reverse obove can be "Reverse' symbol or what i think also will be cool a old digital watch dialing random numbers so it wont be so easy to tell when his ulti ends. When killed while ulti is on there will be "Reverse"

There is thing with his giant hair, instead of cool hat or cap he can just have a ELO vocalist style haircut Jeff Lynne or simpler Bob Ross haircut (but bigger) Afro What do you think (typed with my eyes closed and with only one hand while my feet were tied)
