New Ping

So wouldn't it be great if you could ping a lane? I know we have direction pings and other methods of communicating to the team that we want the team play around a certain lane. What would be great though is if there was a ping that a person could like highlight a lane with. Make it appear on the mini-map as a highlighted area rather than a point on the map. This could seem bad, but I am sure riot can get creative and make this awesome. This would make laning phase make more sense. The jungler could highlight a lane he wants to prioritize early game. Another implication early game is to maybe highlight an area where one thinks the jungler could be in at a certain point in time. Mid game the team could highlight a lane to group at and late game the same thing. This could also possibly do something for the need of vision in certain areas of the map at certain times.
