Passive : Enraged! : Every Third attack in a time frame against an enemy champion increases this champions attack and ability power by 2 permanently. In addition, if Able is fighting against a single target, he gains a bonus 10 Armor and Mag Resist. This effect only lasts until another enemy champion enters within 300 units.

Generate 5 time per hit.

------Q: Bend Time : Able is able to step back in time when he is hurt, sending his mind back to a much more healthy body, regenerating his health and stamina.

A: Consume Time Charge up to 100 to heal for (20, 25, 30, 35, 40) per 25 points of time plus (1 AP)(.25 AD). Passive: Every 10 points of Time increases Able's attack and ability power by (5, 10, 15, 20, 25).

------W: Faster!: Able is still young and his battle experience isn't as caught up with the remaining leaguers just yet. This doesn't stop him. Instead, he focuses harder, using each match as a learning experience. There are times where he gets lost in the middle of the fight and his body just moves on its own, as if taking the natural latent ability of his mother and father, and starts to move more quickly and gracefully, but barbaric and widly at the same time.

A: Consume time charges in order to increase movement speed by (5, 10, 15, 20, 25)% per 25 time for 3 seconds.

P: For every 10 points of time, increase attack speed by (5, 10, 15, 20, 25)%.

-----E: Hold up! Able is able to distort the time around an opponent, if only for a brief moment, dulling their sense and making it hard for them to discern even the movements of their own bodies.

A: Cost - 50 Time Distort the time field around a small area. All enemy champions take an additional 45, 70, 100 damage per hit. The champions are also slowed by (45, 50, 55, 65, 75)% and their attack speed is slowed by (15, 20, 25, 30, 35)%.

R: Stop Moving! - All enemies within 500 units of Able are stopped in place as time seems to freeze, stopping in place for 3 seconds. Every Hit able hits on an enemy champion, deal 5%, 8%, 12% of the damage dealt to nearby frozen champions.

Script for opening up with Able:

Scene is a frozen tundra; ice and snow everywhere with a blistering blizzard batting at the cloth banners planted in the bodies of fallen barbarians. Tristus lays dead in the snow, his eyes closed and face peaceful for once. Ashe is dead with snow white hair blending into the frozen ground. Blood hits the ground at the feet of an unknown presence.

"This mess is all their fault. Each and every death. Each and every tribesman. My mother. My Father."

Close up on bright teal eyes, strands of white hair flowing over a fierce and determined look as if saying "I may be backed in a corner, but I will get you too". Upward shot of a silver haired young man with a bloody stump where his left arm used to be, his right hand gripping tightly at the broken blade of Tryndamere. As Lissandra is about to send an icicle through the boy, a frozen of wall erupts from the ground, blocking the ice shard. Shouting for able to leave, Anivia takes up this fight to secure the boys retreat.

Next Scene: work shop with two familiar voices echoing in the background. The boy lets out a cry as a hextech arm roars to life, replacing the one lost arm of this young boy.

"I will make all of this right." Looking up to a stranger-looking Heimerdinger and then to a battlescarred Zilean, Zilean raises his hand towards the boy, distorting the time and exhausting all that is left in Zileans power.

"I will save my family."

Scene of Able appearing before the League, immediately entering battle with the guards and winning before offering a letter to one of the summoners, asking to join the league to kill that Ice Queen and that Mechanical Monstrosity.
