THE ELDER SLAYER [champion concept] please read

He is a marksman that has a blade and yeah you think marksman with a blade wtf but he shoots energy beams (some kind of wind style) from his blade that glide across the ground a little bit like aatrox but different he is mobile early game lane dominant champion but what makes him balance is that he is weak in the team fight stage without good positioning because of his passive and i will get to that later his ultimate will either keep him safe or give him the positioning he needs in the teamfight. He has a Aragorn style hair cut from Lord of the Rings with a scar down his face from a certain champion that has been tracking him for the killing of his Elder he has a fully armored left arm that is steel and closely fastened to his arm covering his shoulder then stopping there in a black long sleeve semi tight shirt and his right arm has steel bracer and steel glove his legs are fully armored in steel but they still seem light and maneuverable. His blade is like a mix of Diana's and Yasuo's, it is quite thick but not overwhelming, like it diana's without the part where it pulls forward or yasuo's but it curves.

**PASSIVE- FLYING BLADE(NO RESOURCE) ** his autos do more damage the farther they are away from his target up to his max distance and down to his shortest distance where he just uses his blade and does less damage

Q-SLICE his blade sweeps in front of him causing a beam of power to cut ing a crescent shape in the direction of choice doing damage to all enemies it passes through

W- HARNESS THE AIR his autos for the next 3,4,5,6,7 second do increased damage/ignore his passive and do damage to all enemies they pass through, if he hits 5 enemies with this ability the for the next five second he gets a small attack speed buff

E- AIR CURRENTS this ability is is a two stage ability where the first he dashed just like lucian or graves or riven e and then the second part is a skill shot jump where he can jump over walls or champs or minions or champs pretty much anything in it range not a huge range

R- THE POWER OF THE WIND he slams his sword across the ground in a sweeping motion and throws wind in a large horizontal area where he pushes everyone back and gains movement speed for a short duration

LORE now i'm terrible at lore binding and character build up to make them sound awesome and you guys are one of the games that accually have interesting lore so i want you guys to do it i think he could be a viable adc with good options but not overpowered because of his passive in a team fight if the collapse of you you can't do massive amounts of damage

Please riot look at this champion and actually read this hard work and i want to know some feed back and i work on these in my spare time i love doing this making champs and think of this kind of stuff i have another champ tymore and he is also interesting and all i have left to say is please give this guy some consideration he seems like he could fit great into the league from me and a ton of my friend who all play perspectives especially my friend who play adc are like yeah he seams great and fun to play
