So you can gift randoms after a game, but you have to know someone 30 days before you can send them gifts? How does this make sense?

It's a minor barrier against having all your RP sent off when your account is stolen.

Yeah then if that's the case, whats stopping someone from playing a game then gifting everyone with your rp. Or having a friend play that persons account and gift them after game?

Because the scammers that hack accounts and spend your RP don't profit off that very effectively since it takes time. Don't get angry at me because you can't comprehend it.
