Singed + Tron = Ink Mage

TItle says it all,

So basically the idea is to have a champion that operates similarly to a Tron Light Cycle where a constant wall is coming out behind them as they move around and the wall changes as they champion uses abilities.

This concept is basically just having a champion like Singed that can change their shroud and have different effects on each ability

e.g.

Q - Turns all the ink into a wall W - Heals all champions in ink E - Slow and reveal champions R - Gives ink mage faster movement speed to draw shapes faster

TLDR - Combine Singed and a Tron Light Bike = Ink Mage
