I feel as though Elise's only for sale skin death blossom is a bit lacking, it's ok but it doesn't fit Elise too well, I believe that a mecha skin would like nice on her. Her web could be an electric net. Her spiderlings could be robots as well as her explosive spider, her human q could be acid or something synthetic like that. I believe this would be a very well selling skin at least I would buy it for 1350 rp.

EDIT: Maybe her ult can have a special transformation animation?
She would need orange polygons somewhere. I don't think a Mecha would fit her, maybe a Battlecast... but humans don't go to battlecast skin line. PROJECT needs orange polygons too... so... Renaming would be nice to "Augmented/Hextech Elise".
