Hey this is my first champ concept hope to make more all feed back is happily received Im not horribly familiar w/ proper scalings for hp, dmg, etc. so feed back espicaly on that would be useful I don't want the "uhg another broken champ idea". ty for reading

Note the first ability name in each skill corresponds to the first stance in the same place (open stance gives you winds needle and winds ghost etc.)

Passive: intent: for every 1% bonus move speed gain 2% out of combat (3 secs out of combat)

(source bar) fury/rage/malice (whatever you want to call it) : for every second in combat gain a stack of malice per 1 stack: .5% bonus attack damage modifier or a .25% bonus attack speed modifier lose 5 stacks per sec out of combat (taking or dealing damage). Lose stacks after being 3 secs out of combat. Caps at 100 stacks.

Q winds' needle / winds' gust cool down (secs) 6/6.5/5/5.5/4 no cost

Winds' Needle: Willow's fan is folded and thrown dealing 40/65/90/115/140 (+100% of AD) applies on hit effects to the first target struck. Damage is reduced per target struck by 20% (min of 40%)

Winds' Gust: Willow opens her fan and throws it dealing 35/55/75/95/115 (+ 80% AD) The fan knocks back all enemies in front of her disrupting channeled abilities and spell cast with cast time.

W (toggle) Closed Stance / Open Stance cool down (in secs) 4/3/2/1/.5 costs 25 malice per toggle one way

Closed Stance: Willow closes her fans to have them strike harder causing her to deal more damage based on her attack speed. She trades every point .5 attack speed down to a minim of .5 attack speed for (+13% AD increase for every .5 attack speed traded). She also gains access to Winds Needle as well as Winds Ghost but not to Winds' Gust and Winds' Spirit.

Open Stance:Willow open her fans gaining attack speed by trading in Attack damage. Trade every 10 AD for +3% attack speed. Your attack damage can only go to 50% of its total however you will still get all the attack speed per 10 AD despite keeping half of your original AD. (Ex: 600 AD down to 300 AD you still get 180% AS instead of half that). Willow also gains access to Winds' Gust and Winds' Spirit but not Winds Needle and Winds Ghost

These toggled ablate are only active one at a time and CANNOT STACK WITH EACH OTHER.

E Winds' Ghost / Winds' Spirit cool down 15/14/13/12/11 no cost

Winds' Ghost: Willow is able to dash in desired direction a ghost image of her is released at the end of the dash doing damage to the first target struck. The image is projected for the same distance the dash is or until it strikes a target. Image deals 50/80/110/140/170 (+70% AD) and slows the target for 30% for 2 secs.

Winds Spirit: Willow bends herself into the winds' flow becoming un-targetable and reflects all damage done at 50%/60%/70%/80%/90% (+1% for every 100 ability power) un-targetable duration is .5 secs

R Gale's Arc cool down 100/85/70 secs costs 25 malice

Willow use the win to launch herself at an opponent. her next 4 Auto attacks become leaps that that have a large range and do AOE damage from the source doing 100% of AD throughout the radius of the AOE damage. If she is in closed stance the rings are smaller and the dashes are faster in open stance the dashes are slower but the rings are large. Applies on hit effects in the blast the radius of her ult.

I don't yet know how to implement scalings but I would want her base damage to be incredibly low so that she is forced into early combat to gain damage at risk to herself. Her weakest time should be lvls 1 and 2 as her doenst have 4 spells un till then and at lvl 2 the most she can still have is 2. She could be a top or mid laner depending i you want the all AD assassin style play or a fast attacking bruiser who can negate major finishers that are oh so common to top laners. Ealry good players will be divined by how safe of a lane they can play and in the late game how fast they can react and adapt to situations. To play her you must be as flexible and quick as the wind.

Her builds can vary greatly depending on what your team needs. The only thing I would srsly not recommend is full tank as it mass your w useless.

items: item 3153 or item 3074 depending on how you want her ult to be used as a more engaging and less damage orientated ult like ireallia botrk is great but Hydra will give you far more burst and sustain. Then despite not having mana a item 3078 to round out her other stats and giver her an overall boost as she scales well with nearly everything on this item. For boots a item 3006 is great because of the attack speed bonus but item 3117 item 3111 and item 3047 all have good synergy with her as they all are dependent on what you are trying to accomplish with her build. I will leave the rest up to your imagination I could ramble on about her two build paths but i think you guys can guess what times will and won't be good for her.

Walking "light as a feather" "I travel as the winds do... swiftly" "don't pace me!" "not everyone can enjoy the breeze"

Attacking "strike with gusto" "grunting" "the wind carries on"

Taunt "sweeping the air is my job sweeping the floor is yours" "Winds don't stay on long.. neither will you"

Upon taunting/attacking Yasuo "And you call yourself a master..." "don't spill your drink fool"

Jokes "*fans self adoringly#"

Lore

In Ionia there was a great wind prodigy, his name was Yasuo. He was believed to have been one of the first and last to master a legendary wind style that would have lead him to fame and glory if not for his critical error in leaving his masters side. However there was a second, some may even say charming, young wind master who seemed to grow in his shadow unseen by the master of Ionia. Her Name was Willow. Although she created her own stances and styles of the wind she was never glorified as much as the young "master" was. So upon the invasion of Noxus she was to be sent away as a safety precaution for those unqualified to fight in the war. She stayed instead and murdered Yasuo's master with his own wind technique. After the war she was presumed a casualty of the battle and faded into obscurity. She becomes aware of Yone's death after Yasuo joined the academy of war. Still unsaticefied with her revenge she sought to best Yasuo in combat for all to see and finally silence the voices who mocked her for so long.

I have not art up yet hopefully i can the fans design at least. PLZ PLZ PLZ FEEDBACK IS KEY. anyone one wanting to donate ideas for hp scaling or attack damage scaling is highly welcome I haven yet finished all the math for her abilities but the numbers seem to check out so far. I am worried about her early potential top damage but her malice resource bar only effects bonus AD so I hope is doenst spike her damage early.

I really like the passive. Unique and useful to a few play styles.

I am a fan of having a stance effect other skills. I have a concept champion In final draft with that in his kit. I think that concept is cool
