Like most games which all have their own individual features on character or account customization, i was wondering if it would be possible for us the players sometime in the future to upload our own small images which represent us or maybe even characters we love? - P.S. Unsure if this is the right place to post this, I don't really use the board much

Most games do not have custom avatar options in which you can upload whatever you want. There will always be people that use something extremely offensive. While a small community can have moderators to sort through and accept or deny them, League is simply too huge to consider it.

However, on the boards there is the Forum Enhancer Kit. It's a third party open-source userscript that provides lots of extra features on the boards, and one of them is custom avatars. Only other FEK users can see them, and the avatars are vetted by the FEK moderators.
