Red Card Katarina

So i have had katarina for a month and i like her, i want a skin for her but i don't really think that all the other skins are cool, most of them are really skimpy and i don't really want that. i saw a lcs player ( i think bjergsen) who was using a skin called red card katarina and i really like that skin, is there a way for me to get that skin or was it a limited one time only skin
