Riot should make a super rare skin that only limited people can have. I know there's the hextech crafting and prestige but they should go beyond that. For example, a random skin like Urf Darius (totes made up) but only 3 people in the world can have it.
I mean, there's already A LOT of rare and limited skins
For example: Human ryze Championship riven All of the victorious skins (especially the earlier ones) Ufo corki PAX skins King rammus Black alistar
But why?
That'd be stupid and pointless since account selling is against ToS.
