On a depressing note, unless the champ is played in lcs or worlds. Champ will never get an assortment of skins like the ones presented. Because like most companies, their design concepts are directed on which is more popular atm and if the time put into it would be worth the money spent. They're going to most likely release a retarded meme skin like "le dunkamasta illy xD" Funny concept, but I mean it's just a gimmick. Plus they'll most likely market it at 1820rp, like "HEy, you wanted a shitty skin, pay up!" Your skin concepts are true piece of art compared to something riot would ever release for this champion.
I've said it before on these boards and I'll say it again: Targonian aspect illaoi. Give her a celestial theme, make the tentacles look sort of like an Aurelion body, and bam, cool skin right there.
