[Champion Concept] Hashamim: The void Priestess (The rehash)
Hashamim, the Void Priestess
Description
Hashamim is mostly human in appearance, akin to malzahar. Is wearing a long, flowing robe with hood over cleric esque attire, more fanciful but not overdone. Her hood would be up, covering most if not all of her face. In her left hand she would be holding a tome that has the same Rune as her E on its cover and would be bound in blackish purple material. Her overall colour scheme would be black and purple with tints of red.
Her voidspawn would be minion sized Quadrupeds with decently large claws and a triangular one eyed head. when they get summoned in they appear via a Purple portal.
Cultists would be minion sized humans with brown robes and no weapons
Lore
Perhaps a name is all you need to put fear into your hearts - that name is the Void. Hashamim is no exception to this name, yet she does not fear the name: she embraces it. The legend of Hashamim is a nursery rhyme told to kids, yet nobody truly knows it origin. Only that is it a fairy tale do people know, but to those that do may never live to speak of it.
Legend has it that long ago, a young girl named Hashamim was born from Kassadin, another fairy tale for kids, and his wife. She was raised well, taught well, but her mother died from illness, and her father lavished in the studies of the Void. Hashamim felt worthless knowing she was thrown aside by her last parent, and ran from her residence in the cyclopean city she once called home into the wild deserts of Shurima.
However, a young girl out in the desert could easily get harmed, and get lost even easier. Hashamim traversed through the barren wasteland of sand and heat before collapsing in the steaming gravel. Yet before the heat took her away, a creature erupted from nowhere out of a portal of purple-like space. Where this place was, only the imagination of the children could guess.
The man approached Hashamim and asked, “are you alright?” She simply lie there limp, moving her head up only to catch a glimpse and utter a weak whine that indicated she was not quite alright. The man frowned underneath his scarf-like head cover and asked her, “would you like some help?” Hashamim, being young and vulnerable, accepted the strange man's offer. but before his assistance was carried out, someone approached from behind.
Scared and cautious, Hashamim turned over on her back to see someone standing in front of the blazing sun's rays. Making out a face after adjusting to the brightness, Hashamim saw her father, Kassadin, standing before her. "What in the hells are you doing out here?," he begged the question on her. Emotional and speechless, Hashamim simply stuttered as her mouth violently shook with fear. "We're going home n-" Kassadin saw the man floating before him. "Who are you?," he asked, as a wild dread spread across his face.
The man simply grinned underneath the scarf and replied, "nobody of your concern." Suddenly, the ground violently shook as sand sucked in harshly around Hashamim's body. Falling beneath the sand, she panicked and quickly screamed as she was becoming encased. Kassadin, also panicking, quickly reacted in attempting to save her, but the sand was pulling too fiercely. Ultimately, his arm was outstretched too far, and he began feeling pain as Hashamim held on for dear life, all the while the strange man laughing vigorously.
Kassadin looked at his daughter in sadness when he simply said over all the noise, "I love you." And he let go. Hashamim felt sorrowly betrayed by her own father, and legend has it that she swore her vengeance on him and would return for her due payment - life. Finally Hashamim fell into the sand and through a strange portal, large amounts of sand falling through with her. Around her, she saw a purple space like the stuff the man had entered through. This was his doing, and her father didn't try to stop him.
Falling, falling, Hashamim kept trying to free herself from this hell. She was in the Void.
Years of falling and visions passed, death and disgust passed through her mind, and Hashamim was no more than a shell of her former self. Ultimately the falling stopped, and Hashamim felt a surge of energy grow within her. Spotting the man she once trusted to save her, she assaulted him, unleashing tendrils of destruction. However, the man was nothing more than a mere image, and Hashamim was flying again.
Hashamim saw a portal whilst flying, and she was headed its way. Pleased, she laughed happily, knowing that finally she would be out of the Void for good. Yet before she reached the portal, a man fell inside. Looking up to see who it was, it was unmistakably one man she had known her whole childhood.
Kassadin.
Hashamim was flung out of the void, and landed face first in the desert, a completely new form of herself. She was almost unrecognizable, yet still so human-like. Whatever she was, nobody - not even herself - could identify it. The Void had changed her, and she had seen the things inside of it. And now, the man that took her in took her out in exchange of her father. A rage burned deep inside Hashamim’s chest, and she roared with a mighty fury. There was only one way for revenge. The Void had given her power, so she would use that power against the Void.
Over the next several years, Hashamim formed a cult far out in the deserts of Shurima, and practiced her unforgiving power on the Sands of Time. Now, she roams Runeterra in search of the prophet who had once taken her life - and her father - away from her forever. The Gospel of the Void shall rise once again, just as The Prophet had.
“Power doesn’t come free - just like everything, even a bit of power comes with a price." -Hashamim

Abilities
Passive: Word of the Void: Some of Hashamim’s abilities summon Voidspawn. Whenever Hashamim’s Voidspawn are killed directly or her Cultists are consumed, they remain in their death location for four seconds (they will not stay if they die of expiration). If she walks over them, she feeds on their remaining life essence, giving her 4 / 4.5 / 5 / 5.5 / 6 / 6.5 / 7 / 7.5 / 8% of her missing mana (+0.075 AP) and 2 / 2.5 / 3 / 3.5 / 4 / 4.5 / 5 / 5.5 / 6% of her missing health (+0.1 AP) at levels 1 / 3 / 5 / 7 / 9 / 11 / 13 / 15 / 17 respectively.
Voidspawn prioritize anyone you are attacking or any enemy champion attacking you (if there are no enemy champion present, it will prioritize the most recent attacker for 2 seconds.) Voidspawn deal magic damage with their attacks, but do not apply on-hit effects. If Voidspawn travel 1150 units away from Hashamim, they will disappear without leaving a corpse.
Voidspawn Statistics 90 (+12 x level) (+0.15 AP) Health 40 (+2 x level) (+0.05 AP) Attack Damage .725 (+2.5% x level) (+0.05 AP) Attack Speed 425 (+0.05 AP) Movement Speed 30 (+1.6 x level) (+0.05 AP) Armor 12.5 (+1.4 x level) (+0.05 AP) Magic Resist
Q - Tendrils of the Void (60 / 65 / 70 / 75 / 80 mana, 14 / 13 / 12 / 11 / 10 seconds, 550 [175] range) Hashamim summons a portal of the void at a target area. After 1.5 seconds (decreases with CDR by .15 per 10% CDR), the portal lashes out, rooting enemies for 1 / 1.125 / 1.25 / 1.375 / 1.5 seconds and healing all allied champions, minions, and Voidspawn for 60 / 90 / 120 / 150 / 180 (+0.2 / 0.225 / 0.25 / 0.275 / 0.3 AP). In addition, Tendrils of the Void summons a Voidspawn for every enemy champion hit.
W - Chant of Devotion (35 mana and 1 charge, 1 second Passively, Hashamim generates a charge every 14 / 13 / 12 / 11 / 10 (-CDR%) seconds, holding up to two / three / four charges (at 1 / 3 / 5) at once.
When activated, Hashamim expends a charge to call the aid of a cultist to rally to the side of an allied champion (cultists travel at 1250 (+0.05 AP) movement speed), circling them for 4 seconds. If the ally the cultist is tethered to would be struck by a projectile, the cultist sacrifices itself to prevent the damage and crowd control of the skill shot. In addition, the ally will also gain a 40 / 70 / 100 / 130 / 160 (+0.25 AP) for 1.5 seconds if the cultist absorbed a projectile. Allies who have recently had a cultist attached to them cannot receive another cultist for the next 6 (-½ CDR%) seconds.
Hashamim can also expend a charge to send a cultist towards an enemy, slowing them by 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 / 30% (+5 / 7.5 / 10 / 12.5 / 15% per additional cultist) and marking them. Enemies can have multiple cultists stacked on them, up to 3 at once. If Hashamim attacks a marked target, the cultist collapses on the ground and deals 10 / 16 / 22 / 28 / 34 (+0.1 AP) magic damage every .5 seconds for 2 seconds. If there are more than one cultist attached, the enemy takes 30% more damage for each additional cultist up to 60%. After being auto-attacked, enemies cannot have another cultist applied for 1.5 / 3 / 4.5 seconds based on how many cultists were active on them.
E - Void Rune (60 / 65 / 70 / 75 / 80 mana, 18 / 16 / 14 / 12 / 10 seconds, 650 [125] range) Hashamim channels briefly before placing a rune at a target location for 7 seconds or until stepped on by an enemy or neutral unit. The rune takes 1 second to arm itself before it can be activated. If it’s stepped on, it will activate, summoning 1 / 1 / 2 / 2 / 3 Voidspawn that prioritize the unit that stepped on the rune, as well as slowing enemies by 30 / 32.5 / 35 / 37.5 / 40 (+0.025 AP)% in an area around the rune for 2 seconds. If the rune expires, it will apply half the slow effect and summon 0 / 0 / 1 / 1 / 1 Voidspawn.
R - Gospel of the Void (100 / 125 / 150 mana, 180 / 150 / 120 seconds, 750 range) Hashamim channels for .5 seconds, gaining one stack of Soul Surge for every Voidspawn and Cultist currently active for 4 / 4.5 / 5 seconds, as well as destroying all Voidspawn from their current instance. For the next 4 / 4.5 / 5 seconds, Hashamim can either call upon the terrors of the void to fear a target enemy for .5 / .6 / .7 seconds (+0.2 / 0.25 / 0.3 per stack of Soul Surge) and deal 22 / 34 / 46 (+5 / 6 / 7 per stack of Soul Surge) (+0.125 AP) per .25 seconds and one more time once it expires, or rally the voids energy to an ally, shielding them for 60 / 100 / 140 (+20 / 35 / 50 per stack of Soul Surge) (+0.2 AP) damage that lasts for 1 / 1.5 / 2 (+.1 / .15 / .2 per stack of Soul Surge) seconds.
If Hashamim doesn’t cast Gospel of the Void before it expires, the cooldown is set at 10 seconds, the mana cost is refunded, and all Voidspawn are placed back in their original location.
Quotes/Animations
Voice Hashamim would sound sound relatively formal and maintain a mysterious tone.
Selection “I am the voice of the Void, Hear my sermon.”
Taunts (Hashamim flips through the pages of her tome.) “You'll make an excellent sacrifice.” “My Voidspawn are carnivores, I’ll have you know.” “Your body will satisfy the Voidspawn.” At Malzahar (Hashamim speaks in a darker, more aggravated tone.) “This land only needs one Preacher.” “You!?" “The Void has only made me that much stronger, Malzahar.” ”I’ve waited years for this, even if it’s only been mere seconds.” At Kassadin “The balance of power will never be preserved.” “Your betrayal will be never be forgiven, father.” “Father… why?” “Do you still love me?! Like you said you did long ago?”
Joke (A Voidspawn crawls from a portal.) “You know, they're actually kinda cute.” “Two Voidspawn walk into a bar…” At Pantheon (Hashamim opens her tome to a page with a cake drawing on it.) “Souls add a lot to baked goods” “Two cups of sugar, four ounces of souls, one… wait a second” “The cake is a lie, Pantheon. It always will be.”
Dance (Hashamim proceeds to sing a dark lullaby that sounds similar to, but not exactly like the first few seconds of this.) "Dance? Why dance when I can preach?"
Attack (Hashamim attacks with human-like hands [the hands themselves look very realistic, but are black and space-y] in brief strikes forwards, pushing her palm in the direction of the target.) “That one, the Void commands it.” “The Void requires more victims.” “More bodies - more power.” “Perhaps the Void permits sacrifice!” “The Gospel will be fulfilled - with you!” “Everyone must fall - for the Gospel!”
Move (1. Hashamim moves in wide arcs as she floats kind of like a slow-motion Vel’Koz Homeguard sprint, but less dramatized and more delicate. 2. Hashamim walks on small sections of Void-like portals. Her feet are very realistic, but are black and space-y, like her hands.) “All shall hear my sermon.” “The void moves.” “I shall preach there.” “The Gospel will rise again.” “I wonder what the sands of Shurima were like - I cannot remember.” “This path… I’ve walked it many times… have I?” “The Gospel follows with me.” “The Void has only one preacher.”
Tendrils of the Void (Hashamim raises the arm not holding the tome and motions downward towards the targeted area. At the area, claws form up and bring themselves down towards the center of the area. Enemies snared have long tendrils strapping them to the ground, and allies have a shade of the Void fall over them as they’re healed.) "Grasp!" "Come!" “Devour!”
Chant of Devotion (Hashamim flips through her tome and points at the target. A cultist flys over to the target and circles them, their body curving in the direction they’re spinning. If the ally/enemy is struck, the cultist appears like it took a bullet to the stomach, and falls to the ground.) On ally cast “Protect!” “Shield!” On enemy cast “Ravage!” “Maim!” “Attack!”
Void Rune (Hashamim flips through her book with a raised hand. The rune looks like a small plate with many distinct symbols representing the Void. When stepped on, the plate explodes, immediately causing a blackish-purple smoke to be emitted from the rune to enemies.) "Adjaki peroduum!" “Laysilar cadonam!”
Gospel of the Void (Hashamim destroys all Voidspawn and they leave behind a purple smoke as she pulls out her book, which begins to glow a dark purple. The smoke slowly travels towards her as she studies her book whilst being able to move as usual. Once she decides her target, she points her finger towards them and the souls chase them down. If the target is an enemy, the souls enter one by one every .25 seconds as listed by the ability, and once again when it expires. If the target is an ally, the souls gather and form a massive barrier around the ally. If she fails to cast this, all the souls retreat from her book and flee to their original location.) On ally cast: “May the void defend you!” “Preserve their sanity!” On enemy cast: “Ravage their mind!” “Cripple their sanity!” “The Gospel will rise!!”
