I mean it makes's sense cuz it will actually be fun to view the plays and highlights of other without for them to convert the highlight from webm to mp4 the transferring it to ur phone then sending it to the person u want them to see and also it will be like facebook liking and commenting on the video these will actually change league from just a game for fun to a social media place also but this social media will only allow highlights and maybe the summenor wants to write something to express himself if u read this thanks for ur time and I wish u consider this as a new concept :)

League already has "important moments" in the match summary (ie. kills, objectives, etc). Combined with the spectator camera that seems to have some idea of where the action is, Rito could likely create an easy way to show off each games highlights.

I'd LOVE to be able to easily and quickly share some awesome game highlights to my discord group. As it is right now, I have to comb through the whole reply and find the moment I made a play. I would definitely share highlights to social media if they make it easier to grab the important parts of replays.
