Suggestion for a new champ - Leviah, The Guardian of Dead

Hi guys. I got an idea to try create a champion who would symbolize something like death. Actually it was Kindred who ispired me to do this. However Kinder cares about how you die, not death itself. Lamg - Kindness, Wolf - Hatred. So here we go:

Name: Leviah Title: The Guardian of Dead

Appearance:

• young man

• long black hair below the shoulders with dark blue highlights, falling into his eyes¨

• eyes has red white with gold irises, he doesnt have the dolls ( i dont know how it you say in english dolls in the eye)

• black hood, torn appart in the end, falling into black smoke

• angel wings - the left wing is black, the right is white - i got this idea as symbolism of dual death white: death is redemption and it is welcome black: death falls like dark shadow on guys who tries to escape it, death closes their souls into darkness

  - weapon: silver scythe with black handle, around the blade winds thorny dark green stem, the place wheres the handle conect with the blade is bloom          
    of dark purple rose
  

Abilities:

Passive: Power of The Guardian - Every time when Leviah hits an enemy champion with an ability he restores few percent of his health.

Health regenartion: 5% of maximal health on all levels

Q: Dance of the Dead - Leviah swings with his scythe and after short duration a corpse ( ghost or zombie) will peek from marked area. If this ability hits an enemy he will get stuned and receive Magic DMG. The earth will be black and rimose at marked area. When the stund ends ( in case this ability misses the enemy when the corpse peek from the earth) then the corpse will dissapear under earth again and it ll be green again.

Cooldown: 10 s/8,5 s/8 s/7,5 s/7 s Mana cost: 66/85/100/115/130 DMG: 75/110/155/225/280 + 0,6 AP Range: 500 Duration of the stun: 0,5 s/0,7s/0,9 s/1,0 s/1,5 s

W: Light and Dark - Passive: When Leviah doesnt receive DMG in 1,5 second he gains 13% bonus movement speed. Its a gift from dead which he redeemed. He has white glow under his legs when the passive is active. This passive works even if is this ability on cooldown.

                                         - Active: Leviah takes the darkness from souls of dead and creates black translucent shield. The shield form is ball and it lasts   3  seconds. Also it will swallow some Magic or Physical DMG. This shield can be used on ally

Activation of W will automaticaly shield Leviah. To shield an ally you need to click on him before you activate W.

Cooldown: 20 s/18 s/ 15 s/12,5 s/9 s Mana cost: 40/60/80/90/110 DMG: 50/80/110/120/140 + 0,5 AP Range: 800

E: Clutches of Death - Leviah charges his scythe with energy of the dead. So it will shine in white. For next 5 secons his basic attacks deals Bonus Magic DMG . Everytime when Leviah kills an enemy champion, minion or monster in jungle he gets stack. Stacks increases the Bonus Magic DMG of this ability. Stacks imputs to basic value of Bonus Magic DMG which is 20 AP.

Cooldown: 12 s/11 s/10 s/9 s/8 s Mana cost: 30/45/65/85/115 DMG: 25/35/45/60/85 + 1 AD a 0,4 AP on all levels Bonus Magic DMG: 20 AP 3 stacks = + 1 Bonus Magic DMG

R:_ Deadly Attraction_ - Leviah releases the hatred of the dead who fell in the darkness and creates a dark vortex on earth under him. In vortex can be seen the white lines of faces of the dead. Enemies who are hitted by the vortex will be draw to Leviah. Also he will cause them Magic DMG.

Cooldown: 130 s/100 s/ 80 s/ Mana cost: 100/120/140 DMG: 180/300/500 + 1 AP Range : 600

Story

Leviah is a being from another world. He came to League on order of his master, The King of the Dead. Many centuires Leviah fullfied his obligations perfectly. Things gone wrong because due to the League the death started to lose her importance. Champions, who had been kiled many times, never really died. "Mortals shouldnt try to change the natural state of things. If its possible to deny death then there wont be any dead, any death itself and thre wont be even us." Thats said the King of the Dead to Leviah when he gave him his mission. The Kings is afraid that the Institute will spread the secret of denying death to whole world. Therefore is Leviahs task to find the way how could death be denied and ,when he finds out, erase this way from the world. When Leviah fights on the Fields of Justice he tries to gain as many informations as he can. This time not as guardian but as warrior and he will do everything to let the death go on the Fields of Justice.

**Summoner Spells **: Flash + Bariera Flash + Heal Flash + Ignite

Types:

When you play as Leviah: Gradually take down your oponents health with ability Dance of the Dead. Combine abilities Dance of Dead and _ Deadly Attraction_. If enemy gets too close to you use combination of abilities Light and Dark and Clutches of Death. Ability Light and Dark can be used to save an ally, with good timing even to win a teamfight.

When you play against Leviah: Against stun of ability Dance of the Dead or against ability _ Deadly Attraction_ pays off to buy Mercurial Scimitar. In early game pays off to play agressive against Leviah because he has weak defence. Try to dodge the stun from ability Dance of the Dead when Leviah misses it he is more vulnerable. Watch when Leviah uses his shield from ability Light and Dark. He is easier to take down when he doesnt have it.

• People often mistake me with Death. But Im much worse.
• Battle with me is just a shortcut do death.

I know some attacks are similalrly to attacks of existing champions. But I tried to make them original. I dont mind critism. I hope you like my champ and maybe you would play as him.
