[Champ Concept] Yuki, the Cursed Maiden
Gameplay: Yuki is a mobile, aggressive jungler, who rewards the fearless by putting her life on the line in order to put out Tons of Damage.
Passive: Blood Drive
-- Yuki doesn't benefit from lifesteal normally. Instead, whenever she takes damage, for every 1% of lifesteal, 2.5% of physical and magical damage is dealt as Grey Health instead. Grey Health is refunded by 25% of all damage dealt to minions, and 50% of all damage dealt to champions and large monsters, but decays quickly after not dealing damage for 3 seconds.
Q: Fierce Claw
-- Yuki charges up her claw to deal damage to all enemies around her, gaining improved radius, damage, and effect as she charges. If Yuki charges for at least two seconds, she slows all enemies struck. If she charges for at least four seconds, she knocks them up. However, after six seconds, her claw overloads, deals damage to herself and stuns her for .5 sec.
W: Primal Roar
-- Yuki lets out a piercing yell, dealing damage and reducing armor of all nearby enemies for five seconds. If she charges for at least two seconds, Primal Roar consumes a portion of her Grey Health and stuns all enemies for .5--1.5 seconds, depending on how much Grey Health was consumed. However, after four seconds of charging, Yuki loses her breath, consuming a portion of her Grey Health and reducing her armor for five seconds.
E: Wild Leap
-- Yuki jumps in a targeted direction, stopping and dealing damage in a small area upon hitting an enemy. If Yuki hits a wall, she stops, takes a small amount of damage, and can cast Wild Leap again within one second.
R: Blood Overdrive
-- Yuki becomes consumed by Aka's power. For the next five seconds, Yuki has increased damage, lifesteal, and attack range, and all her abilities charge twice as fast and cannot overcharge. However, her health is constantly draining, and when the effect is over all Grey Health is consumed and dealt again as True Damage. This effect can be refreshed indefinitely by attacking Champions or Epic Monsters.
Story: In a village, hidden in the glacier valleys of Freljord, lies an ancient shrine, dedicated to a god so old that even his name has long slipped from memory. Few villagers worship at the shrine anymore, some even try to avoid it, but once in a generation, the whole village gathers to perform a sacred rite: the Divine Marriage.
As the legend goes, in time long passed, a carpenter was traveling through the mountains with his family, when they were overcome by a terrible blizzard, and lost their way. Certain to die without aid, the eldest daughter bravely set out into the blizzard to look for help. She walked for what felt like miles, through cold and hunger, until her body couldn't hold her up anymore, and she collapsed in the snow. While unconscious she had a dream of being swept away by spirits into the land of the gods, and being laid down beside a warm, cozy fire, but when she opened her eyes, she found it was not a dream at all! The god of this land had rescued her, and laid before her a gorgeous buffet of heavenly food. Her hunger was so great that she nearly dove into the meal, but then she remembered the plight of her family. She begged the deity to go back into the storm and rescue her family, and seeing her passion he did so, blowing the storm clouds away with his mighty breath, and clearing a path for the beleaguered family.
Seeing this, the father was overjoyed, and swore to build a shrine to the god and tend to it for the rest of his life. The god, in turn, told him that he would be allowed to settle and flourish on this land, but under one condition: the carpenter's daughter would remain in the spirit world for the rest of her life, as the deity's bride, and when her mortality took her, the carpenter's descendents would continue to provide the god with new wives, a continual commitment to the joining of their houses. Tearfully, and with his daughter's blessing, the carpenter agreed, and ever since then, the first-born daughter of the village elder would be sent to the shrine, and never return.
This time, it was Yuki's turn. She wasn't afraid. In fact, her whole life she had been fearless, bounding through the valley like a wild animal. Her family had long tried to instill in her a sense of lady-like grace and nobility, but it was clear the efforts were wasted on young Yuki. On her sixteenth birthday, the day of the ritual, the village elders tried to comfort her with stories about the grandeur of the spirit world, about the vast spirit archives which contained all the knowledge in the world. Yuki wasn't listening. She was thinking about how delicious the food would be.
The time of the ritual was nigh. Yuki stood at the foot of the shrine in her wedding dress, holding a teacup. All the village had gathered to see her off, but no one was allowed in the shrine but her. As she walked up the lonely steps, she felt a vague sense of unease. As she passed into the shrine, the doors were shut behind her. Then locked. She looked ahead. Why was it so dark in here? Weren't there supposed to be lights, and music? What kind of wedding takes place in the dark? She heard a gurgling noise, and looked down to see a pit, full of sticky, black goo. Was this the "tea" that she had to drink to consummate her marriage? She supposed so. There wasn't anything else around that she could fit inside a teacup.
With tension, but not fear, she dipped the cup into the muck, but as soon as she did so it tried to pull her in! Her reflexes kicked in, and she grabbed onto a nearby column with her legs, though her arms were completely submerged, and the pull of the goo was much stronger. However, just as she was about to lose strength, there was a scream outside, and the smell of smoke. The shrine was on fire! At once, the muck released Yuki, sending her rolling backwards. Her arms were completely covered in black tar, and the sleeves of her dress had rotted away. She ran for the exit but slammed face-first into the locked door. She could still hear screaming, and the clashing of blades. In panic, frustration, and rage, she punched the shrine door and... it exploded? Before she could even comprehend what she had just done, she looked out upon the village and saw nothing but destruction. A band of marauders had assaulted the village, using the ritual as a means to catch the populace unaware and unguarded. Yuki's blood boiled with anger, and she led out a primal scream of rage, and then--darkness.
"Yuki, wake up. We're still not safe here." Groggily, Yuki opened her eyes, and gasped in shock. Her village was destroyed. The people were massacred. So too, however, were the bandits. Who did all this? she wondered to herself. "No time to explain. Move. He's still out there and he knows you survived." Who the hell is 'he'? Who the hell are you?! Suddenly, a vision came to her, of black figure standing on a distant hill, watching her, watching her... kill? "That's him. He's hunting for you. Or rather, he's hunting for me." And you are...? "Oh, um, my name is Aka. I guess... I'm your husband now."
