[Champion Concept] Bore -- The Drill of Demacia

Bore is a Primary: Tank -- Secondary: Fighter. Bore is a large machine with drills for arms, commonly used in Demacia's mines for drilling for precious resources. He was dug up from the mines long ago. His mission was to find new minerals with his mining crew deep in the unexplored regions of the mines. His mining crew ordered him to dig into a wall that did not look stable at all to Bore, but being the obedient drill that he was, he went with it. Unexpectedly, the whole roof of the cave collapsed on top of Bore. Rocks and boulders tumbling on top of him, never to be found, until one day. Years later, a different mining crew was sent to look for resources in a region past where Bore was buried long ago. To their surprise, they found a very old model drill broken and hurt, Bore. The mining crew decided to see if the drill was capable of running still, but he was defiantly capable, more than capable. Bore went on a rampage and drilled off far, far away from the miners, into regions not explored by any miner before. The miners of Demacia had not heard of him since... until many years later, when they learned that he had joined The League Of Legends.

Bore can move over these nuts and bolts to screw then back in to him, regaining 5% of his maximum HP. If bore loses too many bolts without picking them up, his abilities start to do less damage. On top of losing damage for every nut and bolt he doesn't pick up Bore gains a shield protecting him from [7% of Maximum HP] Suggestion 2: Every once in awhile, after using an ability, nut and bolts will fall out of Bore, if Bore happens to collect them, his total HP will increase by X amount.

Q -- (Name Suggestions?) [Cooldown: 10/9/8/7/6] [Range: 800] [Cost: 5% of Maximum HP) Bore Fires out one of his drill arms that travels forward in a line, dealing damage to the first enemy hit dealing 60/105/150/195/240 (+70% bonus AD) physical damage and slowing them by 15/20/25/30/35% for 2 seconds.

W -- (Name Suggestions?) [Cooldown: 10] [Cost: 5% of Maximum HP] After a 0.65 second delay, Bore summons multiple drills to come from the ground at a target 250-radius area, dealing 70/105/140/175/210 (+55% bonus Ad) physical damage to enemies inside.

E -- (Name Suggestions) [Cooldown: 15] [Cost: 5% of Maximum HP] Bore gains a shield, protecting him from 75/125/175/225/275 (+15% Maximum HP) damage. The shield lasts up to 5 seconds. During this time, Bore's attack damage is increased by 15/20/25/30/35.

R -- DRILL! (Name Improvements?) [Cooldown 165/150/135] [Range: 5500] Bore begins channeling, if Bore goes uninterrupted for 1.75 seconds he will drill into the ground, becoming untargetable. After a 1.25 second delay, Bore with resurface at the target location within 5500 range and becoming targetable once more. Enemies within a 400-unit radius of the point of resurface, will take 375/625/875 (+85% bonus AD) physical damage and will be knocked airborne for 1 second. If Bore's channeling is canceled, (Name Suggestion) is put on a 15 second cooldown.

I was going to make a 'bore-ing' joke, but I didn't feel like it.

On a serious note, the first suggested passive sounds a bit too much like Zac's passive. Honestly, besides not having a revive function, it's exactly like Zac's. His Q is a bit like Zac's Elastic Strike as well (At least the image of firing/stretching one's arms to slow a target).

The rest of the skills aren't Zac-like, if that helps.

Couple things I noticed though: If he's a tank, having an ability that makes him untargetable is kind of odd; generally a tank WANTS to get hit by CC so his squishy allies don't get hit by them. And, though I could be reading it wrong, he doesn't seem to have any incentives to build HP:

His abilities cost a max % health, but besides his shield, they don't actually get stronger the more health he spends. And since they scale mostly off of bonus AD, he seems like he'd almost be a fighter. So maybe throwing in some damage that scales with his health can make building help a good option on him (Don't overload it though). Related to this, you mention that 'if he fails to pick up enough bolts, he does less damage', but you don't specify much about it.

Besides his first-suggested passive being basically Zac's passive without a revive function, I don't think the kit's necessarily* bad* persay. Depending on how he looks, I might have issues separating him from Subterranean Nautilus, though.

I dislike the passive- that just sounds annoying to have to deal with and would be a deincentive to play Bore.

Also, the q should be ammo based- I think that would make the most sense.
