April Fools Urfgot?

Sorry, I don't have much if any artistic talent so there are no pics, if anyone wants to make some that would be fantastic, but for now... We'll do as is.

As we know, our manatee friend Urf didn't quite survive his first gank.

There could be a great story to this.

(We tried to bring back our famous manatee, Urf, he now seeks vengeance..)

Q: Acid Hunter ---> Shoots a spatula W: Terror Capacitor ---> Bubbles surround him E: Noxian Corrosive Charge ---> Shoots a capsule that explodes into fish that flop around on the enemy champion(s) R (Ult): Have the same switch like thing but leaves small fish swiming around Urfgot while his buffs remain.
