Champion Concept (Tesla The Energy of Zaun)

Hey guys i came up with Tesla In my head so I don't have all the lore and small details but I do have a good idea of what Tesla is.

Tesla is the energy of Zaun he doesn't have a set body he is electric and he moves around fast and can change his size to get where he needs to go. He pretty much is the power of Zaun when you turn a light on its him who makes it happen. He requires energy to stay alive and he can't live without it. That's pretty much all I thought about him but you guys can think of other cool lore ideas for him but I can't really think of stuff. He is an energy based champ, and also melee.

Passive: After using an ability Tesla gains Static Charge. Static Charge gives Tesla bonus movement speed + bonus attack damage for 5 seconds. CD: 2 seconds. CD starts when the Static Charge finishes it's 5 seconds of activation.

Q: Tesla throws out a bolt of energy which collides with the first unit hit, after 4 seconds Tesla can reactivate and almost instantly travel there doing damage.

W: Tesla hits you with one auto attack(auto reset) which deals 20 bonus ad + % missing hp.

E: Tesla blinks to a location leaving behind a electric charge. Reactivating the ability will bring you back to the electric charge and also leave a line of energy which does damage to enemies who walk through.

R: Tesla targets a champion and that champion gets supercharged with energy. The champion targeted emits patches of energy that give you more movement speed when approaching one. Tesla collects the energy over the duration of the ultimate and that energy is used for Zaun's Energy. This lasts for 10 seconds before ending, if you haven't casted Zaun's Energy half the mana cost is refunded.

Zaun's Energy: Tesla emits all the energy that builds up inside of him and when he reactivates his ultimate all the energy that has been building up inside of him over the duration of the ultimate gets unleashed on a certain point,the distance of the energy is based upon how much energy Tesla absorbed before activation and the dmg is dependent on how much energy he absorbed. Tesla will also be teleported to the point where he unleashed the energy.

Hope you guys liked this concept,I think Tesla would be a cool champion in league and would have a different look than the other champs.

Just thought of this while reading your concept, it be cool if it could have something that's similar to bards passive where he collects meeps but instead it could be little energy pockets or something that when you go over them it'll deal damage in the surrounding area. Like if you're being chased in the jungle you could go over it for extra poke :P

Q: Nothing inherently wrong with this ability however as a mage you don't want to be right next to your opponent, that's your assassin's job, so when you warp in you'll probably just get butchered considering they can land all their skill-shots on you.

W: A very bland ability that lacks flavor to it, most AA modifiers typically have a gimmick or a mechanic attached to it that makes it interesting other than just "Hey more damage"

E: So Leblanc warp but better?

R: I like the first part of it, this is a really cool idea to me and I think it makes him look like more of a support which is odd to me considering the rest of his kit is an insanely mobile mage. The second part is what I don't really like, all I can picture is just Blitz ult with a warp attached to it. He literally has only one ability that doesn't have a warp function.
