Character Concept: Flynn the Usurper (3D WIP model + skins included :D!)
Hi guys! I am a casual videogame player and just wanted to share an early concept for a champion I designed some time ago, hope you like it! I´m not a very talented data/balancer analyst, so please don´t mind the numbers in the skills, just the concept :D Here is the model! With a couple of skins!!! :3

Main role: Tank, jungle.
ABILITIES
-Third eye (Passive): Thanks to his forehead mark, Flynn can manipulate the time, enabling him to delay the damage taken 1 / 1.5 / 2 second(s). -Any CC or ability effect will be applied at the moment. -Third eye will not prevent the cancellation of the base return (B) although the damage is delayed.
-¡Hide and Seek! (Q): Flynn travels quickly to an enemy or a copy of himself:
-On an enemy: Flynn goes into an enemy dealing a base damage. During the possesion, Flynn becomes immune for 1.5 secs while the enemy is muted? /slowed?
-On a dimensional copy:Flynn will take the palce of his copy, enlarging its radius of vision for 1.5 secs.
-Spatial distorsion(W):
-Passive: Everytime Flynn goes into an enemy, copy or ally, he will deal true AoE damage. This damage is increased 50% against monsters.
-Toggle: Flynn deals AoE magic damage.
-Flynn can keep activated Spatial distorsion while using ¡Hide and Seek! or All in!. -Tridimensional Replica(E): Flynn releases an anomaly which gives vision for 3/3.5/4/4.5/5 secs. -Flynn can use ¡Hide and Seek! on Réplica tridimensional.
-All in! (R): Flynn goes into an ally, adding his current life, attack damage, armor and magic resistance for 3/3.5/4 secs.
-Flynn will be affected for any crowd control which affects the chosen ally : stuns, slows, supression, mute, etc, but will not cancel the effect.
-If during the effect the ally life reaches 0, both will die, counting as double kill.
-Flynn can cast his other abilities or summoner spells cancelling All in! effect (except for toggling Spatial Distorsion), but can´t use active objetcs and auras and passive effects of his objects are disabled (like Guardian angel, Sunfire cape,...).
-If the ally uses  while All in! or picks  lantern, the effect will dissapear. If Flynn casts All in! on , , ,  (or others global-movement ultimates) while they use theirs, Flynn will leave them and the effect will dissapear.
-At the end of the effect, the total life will be divided equally between both of them.
PLAY STYLE
Flynn is a very versatile character designed mainly for the jungle with very effective ganks in lane. Thanks to Spatial Distorison, Flynn can clean quickly the jungle; moreover, explosively combined with Hide and Seek!, will ensure the kills for your team. His Tridimensional Replica is useful while exploring and crossing the jungle, which means you are a terrible menace for your enemies!. During teamfights, All in! can turn the tables and lead to victory. Finnaly, Third eye might be the difference between a defeat or a draw.
STORY
Flynn had always been known among the Yordles for sticking his nose in the most unimaginable and forbidden places of Brandle. It wasn´t extrange that some day, due to his curiosity and mischief, he ended in Noxus, where mistery could be smelled beyond its walls. He had never been an ace at sorcery, but spying the most naughty experiments was something he couln´t reject. When he was caught, he and some friends, Flynn thought he wouln´t see the sunlight again; imagine such a big surprise the day he dissapeared from the jail as if it ere by magic. No one knew anything about him for months, guardians looked for him everywhere unsucesfully... until one day, he was back.
And he wasn´t the same anymore, not only for the unsusual mark on his forehead, but also for his eyes, which now saw the world in a way no one else had seen it before: endless places to hide, a world for his own, without anybody who could stop him. Flynn had discovered the way to walk through dimensions and the only single thing he needed was someone´s poweful body to possess. Convinced about there was one place to find it, he got into the Fields of Justice.

Miscelanea:
-Flynn was 
jail-mate, their attacks have common themes. -Avaliable skins: Spooky Flynn, Infernal Flynn, maybe Flynn in Wonderland (Cheshire cat reference) -Is one of the very first Yordles focused in Jungle and Tank. -He wears prisoner´s clothes with an 8 on the back/front, which is a reference to the "infinite symbol" related with the space and universe.
-Flynn has specific voicelines for 
: "Where did you get that... mark?"
