Heres an idea Riot: HOW BOUT PEOPLE HAVE TO BE ATLEAST LEVEL 5 WITH THEIR CHAMP AND ABOVE A 40% WIN RATE TO PLAY THAT CHAMP IN RANKED! JUST HAD A 1ST TIME AA JUNGLE PLAY HIM CAUSE "AA IS DA BEST IN DA JUNGLE RIGHT NOW!" YES, THIS IS A RANT! DOWN VOTE ME, IDC! BUT THIS IS THE ONLY POSSIBLE SOLUTION TO FIXING BAD TEAM-MATES!
I know the frustration I feel like riot should implement a system where your internet needs to be above a certain level in order to play ranked i can't tell you the amount of times where people dc mid ranked game and then we lose lp just because 1 person has really bad internet and they move out of the 3 minute remake mark, Idk if it's just me but i always feel like it's the syndrome where it's you're team is always really bad and the enemy team is like a well oiled machine you literally have to play a strong carry or pray that you have a functioning team in order to climb
