New Rune Idea

Just a thought, as trinkets have had their cooldowns increased even further, what about a rune (perhaps in the inspiration tree in the same line as magical footwear) called enchanted post or some such thing, which creates a small post for 2 seconds that provides no vision but can be targeted through the fog of war. Perhaps have it as an item which stands alone at first, but can be bound to another item as a new active (assuming the item does not already have an active.) This would open up play options for ward-jumping champions without making their vision game to strong.
