Deep Terror Annie

Just imagine, Annie as a "little sister" and then bam she hits level 6 upgrades that ultimate and drops here "big daddy" on the opposing champion. (this is based through a bioshock theme)

I feel this could be added to a concept with the Deep Terror Nautilus/ Thresh series
